2ND SHIFT QUALITY SUPERVISOR

Job Description: This position is responsible for developing, maintaining and supervising all aspects of Quality Assurance to ensure proper, safe and exceptional operation of the department.

Full Time Position. Current hours for this role are 5PM-5AM (Night shift) Monday-Friday. Some weekend days may be required. This will eventually shift to Monday-Thursday, 10hr shifts.

Essential Duties:

? Oversee 2-3 direct reports.

? 70% of your time will be on the floor, driving compliance with GMPs, processes, and ensuring quality checks are completed. As well as troubleshooting quality concerns or issues.

? Approve batches and line start-up

? Write end of shift reports

? Daily submission of lab web orders and schedule

? Incident, Hold, and Deviation Reporting

? Corrective Action Reporting

? Daily Production Document Verification

? Collaborate with inventory on non-conforming material disposition.

? Internal auditing

? Drive compliance with Redzone

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

? 3+ years related experience

? 1+ year supervisor experience

? HACCP/PCQI Certification

? Demonstrates problem solving capabilities

? Excellent verbal/written communication skills

? Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite

? Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidays
