Forklift Driver

TeamQuest Staffing is currently looking for a dedicated Forklift Operator to join our team. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by efficiently and safely operating forklifts to move materials and products. Must be able to operate a Sit-Down Forklift test during interview. 

Duties:
- Operate forklifts including cherry pickers, reach trucks, and other equipment to transport materials within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking, loading, unloading, and stacking of goods as per warehouse requirements.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory movement and update records.
- Assist in shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Work in a distribution center environment following safety protocols and procedures.
- Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts and material handling tasks.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors and team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Be prepared for heavy lifting tasks as needed.

Experience:
- Prior experience as a Forklift Operator or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in operating forklifts such as cherry pickers, reach trucks, and other relevant equipment.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic math for inventory tracking and material handling tasks is essential.
- Experience working with warehouse management systems is a plus.
