Job Title:

Assistant of Research & Development (R&D)Job Summary:
The Assistant of R&D supports the Research & Development team in carrying out experimental and operational tasks. This role involves operating laboratory equipment, handling materials, conducting resin mixing, and managing inventory to ensure smooth R&D and production work flows. Key 

Responsibilities:

  1. Equipment Operation:
    • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including strength testers, calorimeters, and viscosity meters.
    • Perform calibration and troubleshooting to ensure equipment accuracy and reliability.
  2. Material Handling and Preparation:
    • Mix resins and prepare materials for experiments and production.
    • Follow safety and procedural guidelines for chemical handling and mixing.
  3. Data Collection and Reporting:
    • Record experimental data and report results to the R&D team.
    • Ensure accurate documentation of testing processes and findings.
  4. Inventory and Warehouse Management:
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
    • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to replenish supplies as needed.
  5. Safety and Compliance:
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations in the laboratory and warehouse.
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workplace.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or technical field (e.g., Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline).
  • Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing procedures, particularly strength testers, calorimeters, and viscosity meters.
  • Knowledge of resin mixing and chemical handling.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move moderate to heavy items for warehouse tasks.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance standards.

Preferred Skills:

  • Previous experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software for data entry and reporting.
  • Experience with warehouse and inventory management systems.
