Event Marketing
Hourly Rate: $52.25/hour
Work Arrangement: Hybrid/Remote
- Will work from a CRM
- Required to come to our office for meetings once a week
- Available for training on Zoom
Duties & Responsibilities
- Understand target audiences and assist teams in developing event strategies that support business goals
- Manage marketing materials sent internally to external events
- Maintain Event SharePoint site and other event tracking tools
- Assist in creation of staff biographies
- Act as point person for PMCC's corporate membership directory
- Develop and execute local marketing plans
- Build strong relationships with internal partners across the organization, particularly event producers, project managers, and content programmers
- Manage and coordinate each event's campaign components including print, digital, social, telemarketing, and direct mail
- Oversee the development, design, and execution of all event themes, brand, and creative journey elements, ensuring alignment with objectives and overall event strategy
- Review results and causes of significant variances
