Food Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bakery production operations and ensure efficient work flow
• Monitor and optimize baking processes to maximize output and quality
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and bottlenecks
• Provide hands-on leadership and training to production staff
• Analyze data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a bakery production or supervisory role
• Strong technical knowledge of baking equipment, ingredients, and processes
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve ambitious goals
• Proficient in data analysis and process improvement methodologies
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
