Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Printer Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating screen printing equipment, ensuring high-quality prints, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
The Screen Printer Operator will be responsible for the following tasks:
Operate screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on various materials such as textiles, paper, and plastic. Conduct quality checks throughout the printing process to ensure prints meet customer specifications and quality standards. Mix and prepare inks according to job orders, ensuring accurate color matching. Identify and resolve technical issues with printing equipment to maintain production efficiency. Perform routine maintenance tasks on printing equipment and ensure the workspace remains clean and organized. Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and fulfill customer orders.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in screen printing or a related field is preferred. The candidate should possess strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required. The candidate must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to ink and chemicals is necessary.
