As a Warehouse Clerical, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
- Assist the warehouse Manager with administrative task, including scheduling, reporting, and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for inventory, shipments, and operational processes.
- Generate and review reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
- Support and oversee warehouse supervisors and their teams, ensuring that daily tasks and goals are met.
- Assist with scheduling shift, managing time-off request, and coordinating workload distribution among warehouse staff.
- Address any performance or operational issues, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor warehouse activities to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing procedures to improve efficiency and productivity in the warehouse operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve any issues related to inventory, order fulfillment, or shipping.
- Help manage inventory levels, including conducting regular counts and reconciliation.
- Assist with organizing and maintaining inventory storage areas, ensuring proper stock rotation and organization.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors and customers regarding warehouse-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist with coordinating deliveries and resolving any discrepancies or issues related to shipments.
- Support the training and on boarding of new warehouse staff, ensuring they understand the companies' policies and procedures.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any potential hazards or safety concerns.
- Enforce Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs), safe working practices, department policies and maintain records.

Desired Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics, with some supervisory or management experience preferred.
? Associate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
? Strong administrative and organizational skills with proficiency in office software and warehouse management systems.
? Effective communication skills and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
? Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
? Strong analytical skills as well as organizational and planning skills with high attention to detail.
? Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-pace environment.
