Job Description

Preferably want someone with at least 1-3 years admin and preferably QC admin experience if possible. But if you have a strong candidate without specifically QC admin I would still be interested.
Pay up to $25/hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Generation of documentation on a daily basis to meet requirement of certification
inclusion of products/orders with shipments, example COCs and COAs.
• Capable of operating various test equipment within the QC lab to obtain or insure needed
test data in support of certifications:
• Review and interpret data to insure conformance to applicable standards
• Work within a clean room environment as a backup QC inspector, when necessary
• Participate in nonconformance investigations and recommend corrective and preventative
action solutions.
• Understand basic quality investigation root cause tools such as Fish Bone Diagram and
5Ys
• Develop, review, and edit documents as required to meet customer requirements in the
areas of Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Supplier Quality Surveillance programs
• Monitor critical inspection points in the manufacturing process and maintain all required
documentation.
• Maintain required documentation as directed in support of ISO 9001 certification
• Perform and participate in internal and third-party audits, as needed
• Monitor and maintain calibration schedule and records
• Review and understand various customers’ standards, procedures, and inspection
requirements
Requirements
• High School Degree or GED equivalent
• Must possess solid written, reading comprehension, and verbal skills with the ability to
accurately interpret quality requirements to ensure conformance with both customer and
company expectations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Google Docs equivalent.
• Proven experience of working with databases and ERP systems, including input and
extraction of data.
• Attention to detail and organizational/planning skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize and work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to perform other administrative duties, as required
