• 1st Shift: $17.50/hour - 7:25 am - 3:30 pm

• 3rd Shift: $19.00/hour ($17.50 base + $1.50 shift differential) - 11:25 pm - 7:30 am

Job Summary:
TeamQuest Staffing is hiring Assemblers to support the assembly of pultruded components in the Production WIP Assembly area. This role may also assist with final assembly and packaging of finished products and requires a strong focus on safety, quality, productivity, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate secondary machinery and equipment used in the assembly process.

• Read and follow assembly instructions, work processes, and operating guidelines.

• Inspect products throughout each stage of the process for defects and complete rework as needed to meet quality standards.

• Read and interpret engineering specification drawings related to the assembly process.

• Assist with removing product, machine attachments, and waste materials from equipment.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

• Report problems, discrepancies, and production concerns to the Process Technician or Supervisor in a timely manner.

• Support multiple WIP assembly operations and assist in final packaging or other areas as needed.

• Maintain efficiency and support department productivity goals.

• Follow all safety procedures, wear PPE as required, and attend safety meetings.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of experience required.

• Ability to read and understand assembly instructions and engineering drawings.

• Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team-focused environment.

• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility for overtime or schedule changes as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Certifications, licenses, or previous manufacturing experience related to the position.

Additional Responsibilities:

• May assist packaging personnel as needed to support production demands.

• Must be flexible to work in different assembly areas and support business needs.
