QA Inspector – 1st Shift
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $18.25/hour
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support quality control operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, helmet mount components, and assemblies to ensure they meet engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections of machined and assembled parts.

Inspect helmet mount components and assemblies for compliance with specifications.

Identify, document, and report non-conforming material.

Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and other inspection equipment.

Support corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts.

Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain product standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Experience in manufacturing inspection preferred, aerospace or defense experience a plus.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Familiarity with precision measuring tools.

Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
