Color Lab Associate
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Shifts: 2nd Shift 4:30 pm - 1:00 am
Pay: $18.50/hour
About the Role
We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Color Lab Associates to support the manufacturing of color pellets. This is a hands-on role in a production environment that requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to work with color accuracy. Candidates will be interviewed and required to complete a Color Perception assessment, including the Munsell Color Test.
Responsibilities

Assist in the manufacturing of color pellets in a lab/production environment.

Perform basic color matching and color perception tasks.

Follow production instructions and quality standards carefully.

Support lab and manufacturing operations as trained.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Work overtime and weekends as needed to meet production demands.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Good presentation and positive attitude.

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, and division.

Strong color perception and ability to pass the Munsell Color Test.

Good communication skills; bilingual Spanish/English or another language is a plus.

Ability to start immediately.

Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends.

Prior lab experience preferred, but not required.

Willingness to train and learn new processes.
