Roto Assembler I – 3rd Shift
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:25 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $17.75/hour (includes $1.50/hour shift differential)
About the Role
TeamQuest Staffing is hiring a 3rd Shift Assembler I to join our client’s assembly facility. This position is responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing plastic products to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

Follow daily production schedules and work assignments using the company’s Prism system.

Assemble basic and intermediate plastic components using hand and power tools.

Secure parts using bolts, screws, or tap inserts per instructions.

Maintain hardware inventory and ensure accurate usage tracking.

Inspect and assemble products according to quality specifications.

Package finished goods (boxing, labeling, taping, and palletizing) following set pallet patterns.

Print and apply product labels using computer systems.

Perform finished goods transactions and labeling through company software.

Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation, following PPE and safety policies.

Cross-train across various assembly lines as needed (e.g., Bus Cart, LCD, Food Bar, FSG, Kits, Routing).

Maintain a personal efficiency rating in line with department key performance targets (100% or higher).

Communicate any quality or process issues to the supervisor promptly.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.

At least one year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety guidelines in English.

Basic math and measurement skills (fractions and decimals).

Experience with ERP systems such as Prism, Intermec, or AS400 is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Must be able to lift, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
