Job Title: Conversion Operator I – 3rd Shift

Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Off Friday & Saturday)

Job Summary:
The Conversion Operator I performs semi-skilled work operating a variety of equipment, including packaging roll material from winders. This role involves safely loading and unloading rolls, supporting winding/rewinding processes, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Package roll material as produced according to work order instructions

• Operate equipment to safely load and unload rolls for packing and processing

• Perform machine setups based on standard procedures or supervisor instructions

• Obtain materials from inventory and report damaged or missing items

• Inspect and verify equipment controls and safety features prior to operation

• Prepare product samples and print/label materials for customer orders

• Review work orders and drawings, resolving discrepancies as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards to supervisors

• Produce and package finished goods per work order requirements

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Strong attention to detail and legible handwriting

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Must obtain and maintain Airtech lift cart certification
