Job Title: Extrusion Operator – 3rd Shift

Location: Huntington Beach, CA 92647
Shift: 3rd Shift (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Pay Rates & Schedules:

• Schedule 3B: $23.00/hr (Days Off: Sunday & Monday)

• Schedule 3C: $23.50/hr (Days Off: Wednesday & Thursday)

• Schedule 3D: $23.50/hr (Days Off: Tuesday & Wednesday)

Job Summary:
The Extrusion Machine Operator performs semi-skilled work operating extrusion equipment. Responsibilities include machine setup based on production orders, monitoring product quality, and packaging finished materials in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion machines according to production orders

• Check equipment controls and safety features prior to operation

• Monitor product quality and adjust machine settings as needed

• Collect samples for quality control testing

• Label and package finished products per work order instructions

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow OSHA safety standards at all times

• Wear a respirator as required during machine setup

• Follow written and verbal instructions accurately

• Work effectively with team members and supervisors

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience

• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Must be able to wear a respirator

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
