About the Role

We’re seeking a Chemical Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for performing electroplating and chemical processing operations according to established procedures and quality standards. The ideal candidate has great attention to detail, follows safety protocols, and enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process parts through a series of chemical, cleaning, etching, plating, and rinsing baths.
• Select racks, fixtures, and setups based on size, shape, and quantity of items.
• Operate electroplating equipment, adjusting current, time, and temperature as required.
• Rinse, dry, and inspect finished parts to ensure quality and consistency.
• Maintain accurate production and process records.
• Follow all NADCAP and OSHA safety standards, including PPE use and safe chemical handling.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality goals.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and inspection-ready at all times.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in chemical processing, plating, or manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, reaching, and handling parts throughout the shift.
