Job Title: CNC Machine Operator (Metal Shop)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and interview)

Schedule: Monday – Friday
Available shifts: 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

Job Summary:
We are a precision metal machining shop in Huntington Beach, is seeking dependable machine operators with experience working with metal. Positions are available for both experienced and entry-level candidates, with training provided for motivated individuals interested in growing into a machinist role.

Available Roles:

• Blanchard Grinder Operator

• Double Disc Grinder Operator

• CNC Duplex Mill Operator

• Plate Saw Operator

• Sander/Polisher

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain assigned machines safely and effectively

• Review drawings, blueprints, and production instructions for accuracy

• Plan machining sequence and set up machine controls as required

• Measure and inspect metal parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Experience in metal fabrication or machine operation preferred

• Ability to read and interpret measurements (micrometer, caliper)

• Familiarity with metal grinding, cutting, and finishing processes is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude

• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced environment
