About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated individual to join our production team as a Machine Operator Assistant. In this role, you’ll help set up and stage film materials for production, maintain film inventory, and assist machine operators to keep production running smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Pull and stage film rolls from cold storage for production setup
• Cross-check film against daily production schedules
• Maintain accurate records of film usage and production quantities
• Support machine operators by setting up and loading film as needed
• Report any equipment issues or production delays to supervisors
• Participate in monthly cycle counts and physical inventories
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies at all times
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–3 years of related manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Ability to lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for long periods
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Forklift certification or experience a plus
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
