• 1st Shift: 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM / 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift: $19.50 per hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our production team as a Machine Operator Assistant. In this role, you’ll set up and stage film materials for production, help maintain film inventory, and support machine operators to ensure an efficient and consistent workflow. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and stage film rolls from cold storage for production setup

• Verify film types and quantities against daily production schedules

• Maintain accurate records of film usage and production output

• Assist machine operators with setups, adjustments, and material changes

• Report any equipment malfunctions or delays to the supervisor promptly

• Support monthly cycle counts and physical inventory processes

• Follow all safety rules and maintain a clean, organized work area

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required

• 1–3 years of relevant manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred

• Basic math, reading, and measurement skills

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

• Basic computer skills preferred

• Forklift certification or experience is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
