Job Title: Warehouse / Operations Manager
Location: Irvine, CA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 per year (based on experience)
This position may be offered as a temp-to-hire or direct hire role.

We are a manufacturer of electric vehicle (EV) charging systems, including DC fast chargers and AC charging stations. The company is dedicated to advancing clean energy solutions through high-quality, reliable EV infrastructure.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse / Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Irvine manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, strong team leadership skills, and experience managing production or assembly leads. Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite is preferred, along with experience in solar or other clean energy manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily warehouse and production floor operations

Lead and coordinate assembly and production teams to meet deadlines and quality goals

Manage inventory, shipping, and receiving processes efficiently

Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, preferably NetSuite, to track production, materials, and workflows

Develop and enforce operational procedures for safety, quality, and efficiency

Partner with management to plan workload, allocate resources, and improve processes

Maintain clear communication between departments and project teams

Support continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in warehouse, operations, or production management within a manufacturing environment

Background in manufacturing operations strongly preferred

Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite experience highly desirable)

Strong leadership and team coordination skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Solar or clean energy industry experience is a plus

Reliable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
