We are a precision manufacturing company in Santa Ana, is seeking a detail-oriented Deburr Technician to join its production team. This position involves performing manual deburring and finishing work on precision metal components using hand tools and small power tools. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in producing high-quality parts, and can work well in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Remove burrs, sharp edges, and imperfections from machined parts using hand tools, files, sandpaper, or small power tools

Inspect parts for accuracy, surface finish, and quality standards

Follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality procedures to meet production requirements

Handle and organize small metal components safely

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to ensure timely completion of jobs
Job Requirements
Qualifications:

Experience with manual deburring, hand finishing, or similar precision work preferred

Basic familiarity with hand tools and small power tools

Strong attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship

Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures
