Position Overview
We are hiring Production / Assembly Associates to assist in the manufacturing and assembly of high-quality EV chargers and related components. This role involves hands-on work in a clean, organized production environment with the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-expanding industry.
Location: Irvine, CA 92606
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Key Responsibilities

Perform light-to-moderate mechanical and electrical assembly tasks per work instructions.

Handle materials, components, and tools safely and efficiently.

Inspect parts visually and ensure quality standards are met before final assembly.

Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.

Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment.

Keep workstations and equipment clean in accordance with company safety and 5S standards.

Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors to achieve production goals.
Job Requirements
Qualifications

Prior production or assembly experience preferred (manufacturing environment ideal).

Comfortable using hand tools, drills, and basic mechanical equipment.

Ability to read and follow written or verbal instructions in English.

Strong attention to detail and quality awareness.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time Monday through Friday.
