FACILITY MAINTENANCE

Warehouse Associate supporting daily production through light lifting, packing, and parts cleaning.

Responsibilities include safely moving baskets of parts from one processing tank to another while following written work instructions and safety procedures. Must maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready work area and assist with basic shop housekeeping.

Perform light maintenance such as changing filters, painting pipes, and simple equipment checks.
Handyman skills are strongly preferred; basic welding experience (MIG/TIG) is a plus for simple fixture or rack repairs.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to ~40 lbs, and work effectively with a small, collaborative team.

Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience and strong attention to detail (labels, counts, documentation) are desired.

Compensation is $18–$23 per hour based on skill set and experience, with opportunities to learn and grow into higher-skilled duties.
