Graphic Designer I – Onsite
Location: Huntington Beach, CA
Schedule: Full-time, onsite (daily commute required – local candidates preferred)

About the Role

TeamQuest Staffing is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer I to support our client’s marketing team in Huntington Beach. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on producing engaging designs and marketing collateral while maintaining brand consistency across various channels. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and has a sharp eye for layout, color, and detail.

Responsibilities

• Create and support domestic and international marketing campaigns, product launches, brochures, packaging, and other collateral materials.

• Design and produce print and digital assets, ads, and direct mail pieces.

• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and refine creative concepts while ensuring brand consistency.

• Manage design production tasks that involve translated text, dimensions, color accuracy, and detailed CAD integration.

• Stay up to date on company product lines, revisions, and technical updates.

• Maintain organized archives of design files and project materials.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on design requirements and deadlines.

• Stay current on design trends, software tools, and best practices.

• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept through completion, meeting timelines and quality standards.

• Support company values of Safety, Quality, Respect, and Service in all work.

• Perform other related duties as assigned, including occasional overtime when needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 1–3 years of professional design experience preferred.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) required.

• Experience designing for both print and digital media.

• Strong layout, typography, and color theory skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and comply with onsite safety requirements.
