Job Title: Senior Accountant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining internal controls. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and cost accounting experience, particularly in standard costing and percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition. You will play a key role in preparing and reviewing financial statements, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support month-end close, reporting, and analysis for accurate financial results
Prepare journal entries, variance analyses, and margin reports across multiple product lines
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking
Conduct detailed margin and cost analysis to identify risks and opportunities
Develop efficiencies, standardize processes, and support new system integration
Review and prepare P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
Apply and monitor POC revenue recognition in accordance with accounting standards
Prepare detailed cash flow reports, KPIs, and management presentations
Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and strategic initiatives
Develop and document accounting procedures for consistency and compliance
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or project-based environments
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, standard costing, and POC revenue recognition (ASC 606)
Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

This position operates in a professional office setting using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copiers.
Physical Demands:
The employee is regularly required to talk, hear, stand, walk, and use hands to handle office materials.
Environmental & Safety Requirements:
Completion of New Employee Safety Training and ongoing safety modules as assigned
