Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Clerk
Location: Santa Ana, CA
Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 5-hour shift

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to handle incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and support inventory control. This role requires strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to perform both physical and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with procurement to track expected deliveries

• Receive shipments and sign delivery paperwork

• Unload incoming trucks and packages

• Inspect shipments for damage and accuracy

• Verify items against purchase orders and invoices (quantity, quality, pricing)

• Notify Purchasing or Quality teams of discrepancies

• Label and store inventory in designated locations

• Maintain accurate receiving records and assist with inventory control

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in shipping/receiving or a similar role

• Forklift experience preferred

• Basic computer skills for data entry

• Understanding of workplace safety practices

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good communication and teamwork abilities

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
