The Warehouse Support associate will play a critical role in daily warehouse operations — including inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment — to ensure that production and shipping needs are met accurately and efficiently. Pull correct parts and quantities for requisitions and work orders.
Log all pulled work orders, batch orders, and sales orders, clearly highlighting any expedited items.
Receive incoming materials from vendors; log receipts and move items to inspection or stockroom staging areas promptly.
Run and maintain warehouse reports as requested by the Director of Warehouse Operations.
Perform timely and accurate cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
Deliver parts, requisitions, and batch orders efficiently to designated departments.
Support and maintain 5S organization principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).
Minimum 1 year of warehouse or inventory experience strongly preferred.
Strong teamwork skills, accuracy, and accountability.
Ability to work overtime as business needs dictate.
Forklift or material handling experience a plus (not required).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb, or kneel for extended periods.
Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Work is performed in a warehouse environment with moderate noise and frequent material handling.
